Display custom Taxonomies (and maybe categories, tags & custom fields too)
What i'm searching for now specifically is the ability to display a taxonomy term under the post title.. I'm using this in a job listings site
I don't know how much work this would be.. but if you can do this quick i'm willing to pay for it :)
